We have outlined a set amount of time needed for each head spa appointment when you book for your services.

Availability will vary. Presently, our rooms feature separators to accommodate two guests simultaneously. However, for individuals preferring not to share a room, we will soon introduce a private room option for an additional fee.

Our Premium Head Spa exclusively utilizes organic and natural ingredients, making it entirely safe for pregnant clients. However, we understand that some guests may have concerns about exposure to specific herbs and oils, such as lavender, during pregnancy. We recommend consulting with your doctor to determine if there are any ingredients you should avoid.

Additionally, it’s important to note that our service requires guests to lay flat on their back for the duration of the session. If this position is not feasible for you, we suggest postponing your Head Spa experience until after delivery.

Yes! Our treatments use gentle techniques and scalp-friendly products designed for sensitive skin and those prone to irritation.

Absolutely! Our treatments deeply cleanse the scalp, remove buildup, and provide hydration to reduce flakiness and dryness.

All our ingredients are safe for all types of treated hair! However, if you’ve recently undergone any chemical treatments within a week prior to your Head Spa appointment, there’s a possibility that the color or keratin treatment may lift during our detoxing process. Therefore, we advise clients to wait at least a week after any hair treatment before scheduling a Head Spa session.

Similarly, we recommend waiting at least a week after a Head Spa session before undergoing any chemical treatments.

Our specialist is skilled in working with various hair types, including thin and fragile, thick and coarse, wavy, and curly hair. However, the condition of the hair is not our primary concern during the Head Spa; our focus will primarily be on the scalp. We kindly request that you ensure we have unimpeded access to the scalp. Please note that we are unable to perform services on customers with extensions, braids, or sew-ins, as these styles obstruct access to the scalp and pores.

A blowout is not provided as part of the Head Spa service at Pur Artistry, as we are not a hair salon. Typically, following a head spa treatment, we simply hand dry the guest’s hair using a thermal protection hair product. However, we will provide hot tools if you’d like to style and curl your hair yourself. 

You have the option to schedule appointments once or twice a month. However, if you opt for the Essential treatment, you can schedule it for at least once a week.

Avoid heavy styling products before your session and refrain from washing your hair immediately after to allow the treatment to work effectively

Phones must be silent, and cameras or mobility devices (including iPads and tablets) are not permitted at Pur Artistry to ensure privacy.
